Refund policy

At Well Herb, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of herbal wellness products, we accept returns only for unopened and unused products.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Clearance or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will replace the item or issue a refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
